    the hotshoe level is a very nice touch. i imagine it would be useful for shooting from the hip.. mind sharing where you got it and the price?

    hehe i was expecting answers like use tape already. but blu tack is actually quite a good suggestion, won't leave marks. i might try it, thanks! also, what's actually more power efficient, leaving the camera on and letting it go into sleep mode after 2 minutes, or turning it off after shots...

    Does anybody know if its possible to disable the indicator lamp that is to the right of the AFL/AEL button? Very hard to be stealth especially at night when the light is blinking away after every shot
