    update: quoted from NSC, replacement of the handgrip around 60++. while if including general servicing, will be about 200, I wonder what kind of general service is this, so expensive...does anyone know what is included in the term "general service"?

    I wish to buy a 24mm prime, but currently Nikon has two 24mm prime only(exclude MF lenses), then my friend told me that buying a prime with largest aperture f/2.8 doesn't worth, as it can be simply replace by those f/2.8 zoom lens. so what is your opinion over this? buy a prime with only f/2.8...
