    Learning in the night

    May I know what time you took these pictures, it seem like very late in the night or pass midnigh, I can seem to see any soul around, and that it the best time to take these kind of shots. BTW all beautiful.

    Hi All, I know that this is a so call non-problem/faulty issues on those large zoom lens like 18-200mm, 24-120mm, they call it zoom creep. Does anyone have any ideas to fix these as I bring it back to Nikon, they told me that this is not a faulty thing at all and if I mind, they can tighten it...

    To me is looks like some dust on the image sensor, but I may be wrong, as F31 is a seal camera, this mean no dust can go in. Another thing is do you have a dry box to keep your camera when you are not using? If no, that may look like a fungus or mold, in this case you better send it back to...

    On or Off no difference?

    On or Off, the camera use very little power, it is almost in standby mode, unless you love to half click the shutter button. To me I will leave it on unless I need to change lens. Just my preference. :)

    having seperate brand, or the same brands

    To me I would stick to one brand of camera, and from there you can expand the lens collection also when you are shooting outdoor, if one camera fails, you still have the other one to use, and you do not need to learn all the setting again, because each brand of camera have different characteristic.
