Store selling D3300. Kit 1 at $849. Just not sure if the 70-300 Len and dry cabinet worth that much

Gain city is having a promotion for D3300 + 15-50 mm + tamron 70-300 Len + dry cabinets and some other items. The price is $1199 . Just not sure if it is worth it. Can anyone commend as I wanted to pick up DSLR photography.
