I recently bought a Nikon FG SLR and want to mount my G lenses onto it. Currently, it will only shoot at f22. Is there an adapter that allows me to switch my G lenses into an D lens, where i can manually adjust the aperture ring. Or is there any other solutions?

Hi, the bar refers to the row of settings which is below the viewfinder, usually when i half-press then the settings will appear. Even after the viewfinder grid display is on, the row of settings has not appeared when i tried to shoot. Sry for the confusion.

hey Jeff7id, I tried le. The menu says "on".It didn't help. And then I realised something. On the word "d2" I realise there's a star on those words. i.e. "*d2". What does star means, you have any idea?
