yup. that's the bad thing. the pictures were either before it was about to rain or after raining. however, i don't think that it ruins the photo because the colours couldn't get much better even if it was sunny..

i can see the loneliness but not the sadness. the composition isn't right either, the fan with the chair is blocking and the photo frame in the photo is cut in half - you either get the whole thing in the photo or leave it out.

the photo is too dark. i also couldn't see the subject of the photo at first glance which is the altar. i was more focused on the corridor.

i don't see how the photo conveys your idea (it's a good idea though). firstly, like many others have said, the photo doesn't focus on the tree. secondly, you should frame your photo correctly by moving further away from the tree. thirdly, you should convert your photo to Black & White to focus...

after you have explained, i finally understood the photo. the photo has an interesting perspective. i thought it was actually horizontal tunnel at first. however, there are issues. firstly, i cannot see any point in the photo. secondly, there are underexposure and overexposure.
