got a question: when i use this lens, do i need to switch off vr every time i switch off the camera? according to the manual it seems i should, but i always forget. will this cause any problem? can i just leave the vr always on? thx.

i am planning to get 18-200 vr so want to sell the d80 kit lens 18-135. bought from ms color in nov 06 with warranty, shot for less than 500 pix as i usually use 50 f/1.8, so it is almost new. how much should i ask for if i sell it? i know it costs about 600 brand new. thanks very much.

$2288 for d80 kit, free 2g sd card, 40g digi companion for photo storage, tripod and bag, is this a good deal? quote from other major camera shops around $1950.
