Called up MS this morning to confirm the price for the lens. They quoted me $3450 with GST. Apparently they made a mistake with the equotation. I double confirmed with them somemore. :(

Sandisk is pretty good. Personally im using a Sandisk Ultra 16GB CF. Served me well so far, but keep in mind, try not to use a cheap card reader, if possible. :)
