are you sure? i paid S$3800 for the first batch of 5D3 with 2 years canon warranty some more.
any problem, i just need to go JB to fix it. (i go in to pump petrol and buy grocery often anyway)
IMO, better than buying grey set
Since the original also not say very durable, so i just bite the bullet to get a phottix grip from tkfoto at $99. The price is hard to beat cos I can buy 4 of these for the price of 1 original bg-e11!
i remember seeing Challenger selling a compatible BG-E11, any feedback? can't remember the brand already but they have several models for other bodies too
bought this online when i was oversea, not sure if it is available in Singapore.
Got it 3 years ago and have been using it on 1Ds MKII and now 5D MKIII
the 1.35x magnification make the viewfinder much bigger!
thanks for the feedback, i am ok with the plastic feel....i am only more concern with the sensitivity of the buttons.
I have been using 3 different 1-series bodies in the last 8 years, so i guess nothing will be more solid than its fully metal body with build-in grip
However, I noticed that...
that's why i am asking for feedback here, how the buttons on 3rd party BG compare to the original buttons on body.
I am not so concern whether the material is the same as original or if the electrical circuit will fry my cam
For me, i switch between my 24-70/2.8L and 70-200/2.8L very often when I bring only 1 body. (I usually carrying 2 bodies for work, however for leisure/holiday i will prefer to bring only 1 body)
This bag has been out for more than 2 years but seems to be not very popular in Singapore. I like...
I don't think I see any blatant mentioning of Canon unlike other sponsors
Even the logo also covered up, but then we can still identify from the shape of camera body
5D2 together with a 15mm and an EF-S 10-22mm attached to customized camera. They are soaked in Nitrogen gas for cooling and tested working under extreme temperature & altitude
