What's the ideal humitity % for singapore. just under 30% is fine rite? My pro photographer fren said that anything under 25% will dry up the rubber parts of the lens and camera body.

Been thinking of getting the 17-40 f/4 USM L lens... but all of u guys are suggesting f/1.2 , f/1.4 and f/2.8 lens... hmmm... tried the 17-40 in new asia 2 weeks ago. pretty sweet. like the wide angle so easier to take group pictures without stepping too far back plus losing too much distance...

I am using a Canon 550D.

Looking for good second hand canon lens for my 550d. have my eyes on the 17-40mm as well as the 10-22mm lens

I have used this lens mostly in low light and club situations and the pics turned out really well. Initially i tot IS on this lens would be better but after using it, i dont think its necessary.

Get the 550d buddy. Bought mine 6 weeks ago and its awesome. Sorry can't help u with regards to macro lens.
